| Framed by the Haka'a'ano sea cave, the sacred land of Kikipua reaches into the sea. Kikipua was a school for Kahuna, Hawaiian priests who in this case were followers of the War God Ku. Untold numbers of victims were sacrificed at the alter built on the slope high above the sea at the base of Kikipua's cliffs. |
