Tino, our lead guide in Fiji, is spectacular – but he didn’t want to take charge until I sat down at the put-in of a one-week Taveuni trip and said, “OK, either you are the guide or these folks go home disappointed”.
A few days later Tino returned from jungle trek smiling ear-to-ear. "I just got it. Our guests work hard all year so they can come spend a week or two with me.
“I'm richer than they are!"
